Grievance of the petitioners is that despite being successful allottees of the plots in draw of lots held way-back on 22.11.2013, they have not been allotted any plot. They made various representations including one dated 29.05.2018, Annexure P-13.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A. G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that the concerned authority will look into the grievance of the petitioners and take a decision on the representation, Annexure P-13 at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further adjudication is necessary at this stage. Disposed off.
