* * * * As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for the Insurance CompanyRespondent No.3, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.4,77,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, is awarded to the appellants. Learned counsel further submitted that the entire enhanced amount be paid to appellants 1 to 4 in the ration as apportioned by the learned MACT, in full & final satisfaction of the claim.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company-Respondent No.3 to deposit cheque(s) in the sum of Rs.4,77,000/- favouring appellants 1 to 4 with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 12.05.2023. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order.

The appellants'

counsel may collect the cheque(s)/draft(s) from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retain the photocopy of the cheque(s)/draft(s) bearing signatures of the Counsel.

Appeal stands disposed of.
