Present Regular Second Appeal (RSA) has been filed by the plaintiff (appellant herein) against the concurrent finding of dismissal of the suit. Appeal is pending before this Court since the year 2019. 2.

On perusing the previous orders, it is noticed by this Court that on 11.12.2019, 21.11.2022 and 20.04.2023 also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

Today again, no one has put in appearance on behalf fo the appellant. It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
