**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was working on daily wages and his services were subsequently regularized on 26.11.1993. He retired as Assistant Line Man on 30.04.2016. It is submitted that the respondents are not counting the services rendered by the petitioner as daily wage worker for the purpose of retiral benefits. The petitioner served a legal notice on 07.07.2016 and has now relied upon an order passed by this Court rendered in CWP No.13355 of 2014 which was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice served by the petitioner therein by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of that order.

The petitioner herein prays for the same order. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide claim of the petitioner, as set out in the legal notice dated 07.07.2016, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
