CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The petitioner, who was respondent, in the application for seeking dismissal of the ROR bearing No.754 of 2016, submits hat the arguments in the aforementioned matter had already been addressed on 28.03.2017 but no order has been passed.

He further submits that his client would be satisfied in case is direction is issued to the Financial Commissioner, who seized of the proceedings, to decide the application for dismissal of the ROR as expeditiously as possible.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to issue direction to the Financial Commissioner, who seized of the proceedings, to decide the application for dismissal of the aforementioned ROR as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from today.
