PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) On 8th of July 2019, this Court while taking notice of the compromise alleged to have arrived at between the parties directed them to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate to get their statements recorded on or before 26th of July, 2019.

As per the report received from the concerned Magistrate, none of the parties appeared. Thereafter the matter was listed on 11th of October, 2022. On the said date, none appeared on behalf of the parties and the matter was adjourned to today i.e. 22.11.2022. Same is the position today. Keeping in view the conduct of the parties it seems that the parties are no more interested in the present petition or may be that the settlement has fizzled out.
