The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 01.08.2022, the petitioner was granted interim protection, which was extended vide order dated 06.01.2023. 3.

Aggrieved by the intimidation and threatening by the petitioner, the complainant has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of bail, through CRM42036-2022. Counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner was main accused.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has voluntary complied with all the directions including additional conditions. He further states at bar that he would personally call the petitioner to his office and give counseling to him. The petitioner's counsel further argued that the custodial investigation would serve no purpose whatsoever, and the pre-trial incarceration would cause an irreversible injustice to the petitioner and family.

The State's counsel opposes the bail.

Given the fact that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions imposed by this Court and the statement of counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed.
