JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran is directed to take appropriate action on the representations dated 16.03.2017 and 24.03.2017 (Annexure P-4 and P-5 respectively) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran is directed to take appropriate action on the representations dated 16.03.2017 and 24.03.2017 (Annexure P-4 and P-5 respectively) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law.
