Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 77 dated 01.07.2020 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot as well as all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the leaned trial Court at the appropriate stage. Permitted to do so.
