Challenge in the present petition is to order 21.06.2012 (Annexure P-3) passed by Ombudsman Electricity, Punjab (respondent no. 1). Petitioner-Corporation has challenge the order inter alia on the ground that same authority has passed orders Annexures P-11 & P-12 in favour of the Corporation despite the factual and legal aspects being entirely similar. According to Corporation, there being inconsistency in the orders passed by the said authority, matter needs to be remitted to same authority for decision afresh. This prayer is not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

In view of above, present petition is allowed. Impugned order passed by Ombudsman Electricity, Punjab is set-aside. Matter is remitted to Ajay Kumar 2017.09.29 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
