H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant states that since the respondent - husband, who was petitioner before the trial Court, has withdrawn the divorce petition in question, the present application seeking transfer of said divorce petition from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Karnal to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jind, has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Allowed.
