[2] However, this Court finds that this is a contempt petition filed in relation to an order passed in civil proceedings in civil revision decided and disposed of by the Court on 30.04.2010. [3] It is stated that the memorandum of settlement has been violated. Remedy for implementation of memorandum of settlement lies elsewhere in the CPC proceedings.
[4] Contempt proceedings would not lie.
[5] The contempt petition is misconceived and frivolous. The same is accordingly dismissed. [5] Notice stands discharged. !" ())
