The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), seeking quashing of FIR No.118 dated 31.08.2023 under Sections 409 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Patiala on account of affidavits by the respondents by mutual consent qua the present petitioners.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file afresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
