(ORAL) Quashing of an order dated 15.09.2020 (Annexure P-16) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh is sought herein, whereby, it is so pleaded, without deciding application dated 26.08.2020 (Annexure P-13) of the petitioner praying for matter to be taken up to ensure compliance of order dated 01.06.2020 (Annexure P-11) by directing respondents No.4 to 6 to preserve the call record details and tower location of respondents No.1 to 3 w.e.f. 21.11.2019 to 19.12.2019 and also to direct respondent No.2 to preserve register bearing entry 2460 dated 18.12.2019, the matter was adjourned to 22.10.2020. 2.

In course of hearing, memorandum of family settlement dated 04.07.2023 has been tendered which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. 3.

Parties are family members and have since amicably settled the matter, no useful purpose would be served to keep the proceedings pending any further. Order VANDANA 2023.07.08 13:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgement/order

2023:PHHC:084514 CRM-M-31817-2020 (O&M) dated 15.09.2020 (Annexure P-16) passed by learned JMIC, Chandigarh, which has been impugned herein, has also lost its relevancy and is accordingly, quashed. 4.

It is expected of the parties to remain bound by terms of the aforesaid settlement in all earnest, so as to maintain their family bonhomie. 5.

Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
