NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a direction to the learned Family Court, Panipat, to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim maintenance filed by the petitioners herein, expeditiously.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such, as the learned Family Court, Panipat, vide order dated 24.12.2021, has decided the aforesaid application and has awarded interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.10,000/- per month to petitioner No. 1 and Rs.2000/- per month to petitioner No. 2, along with Rs.5500/- towards litigation expenses.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
