Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty to the petitioners from respondents No.5 and 8.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to consider and decide their complaint/representation dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) filed by them vide which the petitioners had duly apprised the official respondents about the continuous threats being extended to them by the private respondents, in accordance with law. 3.
