This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondents to refund the excess amount of Rs. 1,42,093/- along with 18% interest since 19.08.2015 in respect of plot No. 586, Sector 1, Narnaul and also refund of excessive interest @ 11% on remaining installment amount which has been taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an excess amount of Rs. 1,40,000/- has been received by the respondents in respect of plot No. 586, Sector 1, Part-I, Narnaul. In this regard, the petitioner has also sent a legal notice dated 01.10.2020 (Annexure P-6) requesting for refund of the said amount, followed by another set of reminder dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-7), however, the same are still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration of the the legal notice.
