This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.135 dated 21.11.2024 under Sections 21(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 27-A and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) registered at Police Station Vairoke, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that the petitioner namely Gurjinder Singh, has been arrested in another FIR bearing no.18 dated 09.07.2025 which has rendered the present petition infructuous. 3.
