RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no.4 to 9. At the outset, learned State counsel submits, on instructions from ASI Rattan Singh, that petitioner No.1 has returned to her husband and as on date, as submitted by her, she does not need any protection. Learned counsel for the petitioner affirms the statement made by learned State counsel.

In view of the above statements made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
