MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) The instant petition was filed for providing security to the petitioner, who had complained against his nephew for managing a Government job on the basis of a false caste certificate. 2.

Learned State counsel at the outset has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit dated 29.08.2024 filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Kharar-1, District S.A.S. Nagar, and has submitted that even though the petitioner was called time and again to present any evidence with respect to the alleged threat perception, however, he was unable to provide the same. Learned State counsel has submitted that even otherwise, a thorough inquiry was carried out and as on date, there is no existence of any threat perception being faced by the petitioner.
