3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner is a resident of village Diyal Pura Mirza, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda. He alleges that respondent Nos.4 & 5 who are wife and husband respectively, have encroached upon the Gram Panchayat land on the pretext of establishing a Gaushala. Certain photographs are relied upon to suggest that the construction work is in progress. The petitioner alongwith other residents of the village is said to have made a complaint dated 08.05.2015 (P-2) addressed to various authorities and then to the State Government dated 21.05.2015 (P-4). Finding no response thereto, the instant writ petition has been filed.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the plea that respondent No.4 who is a Block Samiti Member has allegedly encroached upon the Gram Panchayat land, but without expressing any views on the MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.09.02 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.17366 of 2015 [2] merits of such allegations as the other parties have not been heard at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda and Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhagta Bhai Ka, respondent Nos.2 & 3, respectively, to look into the complaint said to have been made by the petitioner or other residents of the village and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
