(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition in pursuance to the notice dated 09.09.2014 (Annexure P-7), an order under Section 147 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (in short 'the Act') has been passed on 04th February, 2016. It was submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such. However, liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order and take all the pleas as may be available to it in accordance with law.
