MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) Despite the fact that the petitioners are in unauthorised occupation, the same has been permitted by the competent authorities noticing the existence of constructed houses since long. The petitioners want more area. We are afraid, in these proceedings we cannot give any such direction. The petitioners are free to approach the Gram Panchayat or any other authority under the law for the purpose. This should not be construed to be any comment on merits by the Court.

The petition is dismissed.
