***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.32 dated 15.05.2019, registered under Sections 61-78, Excise Act, 1914 and under Section 328 IPC, at Police Station Qila Lal Singh, Batala.

Notice of motion was issued on 08.07.2019 by passing the following order:- "Notice of motion for 21.10.2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing GEETA RANI 2020.01.10 18:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-28498-2019 (O&M) -2personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on record a properly translated copy of the FIR."

In compliance to the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and undertakes to join further investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency. Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constrable Jaspal Singh states that her custodial interrogation is no more required in further investigation of the case. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 08.07.2019 is made absolute, however petitioner shall keep on abiding the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
