The grievance of the petitioners in the instant writ petition is that they have filed appeal-cum-representations (P-3) before the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board against the order dated 22.08.2014 of the Market Committee, Ambala City, but the same have not been decided so far. Meanwhile, the Market Committee is interfering in the business activities of the petitioner as Commission Agents in the New Vegetable Market, Ambala City. The petitioner, therefore, seeks a direction for early decision of the appeal-cum-representations. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought in this writ petition, the same is disposed of with a Meenu 2017.06.03 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the representation-cum-appeal
