The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents.

Vide order dated 29.08.2023, it was recorded that there is no threat perception and the present petition was only to cover up the misdeeds of the petitioners on account of being caught in a promiscuous relationship. 3.

Learned State counsel has submitted that, in fact, the appropriate proceedings under Section 107/150 Cr.P.C. have been initiated to maintain the peace and harmony between the parties. 4.

In light of the above, the present petition deserves to be dismissed with exemplary cost, however, since the respondent-husband has also initiated proceedings by filing a separate petition, the cost is not being PARUL 2024.01.12 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document imposed and the present petition stands disposed of.
