Case has appeared in the urgent motion list. As advance copy has been supplied to the Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG Punjab we intend to seek his assistance. He has pointed out that petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner.

Faced with this situation, Mr. Sekhon submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the concerned authority. However, he submits that the authority may decide the appeal expeditiously. We direct accordingly. In view of above, present petition is disposed off.
