(ORAL) Both the petitioners have joined hands to prefer this petition for seeking the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.137 dated 28.06.2021 registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur, under Sections 323, 324, 506 read with Section 34 IPC wherein the offence under Section 326 IPC is stated to have been added later-on.

At this stage, Mr. Aminder Singh, Advocate, has also joined the proceedings on behalf of the complainant in this case and has forwarded his Memo of Appearance to the Court through 'WhatsApp Group for VideoConferencing' and its print-out has been placed on the file. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in SEEMA SHARMA 2022.02.14 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

compliance of the order dated 07.09.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

In view of the afore-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Harbhagwan Singh and Harwinder Singh by the Co-ordinate Bench, vide the said order dated 07.09.2021, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 14.02.2022.
