ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed, nothing substantive survives in this petition. However, as a consequence of the rectification of an error, the petitioner has not been released the consequential benefits. Learned State counsel submits that the needful shall be done within a period of three months from today.
