Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 11.02.2015 (P-12), whereby claim of petitioners for counting their service with the Punjab Land Development and Reclamation Corporation Limited as qualifying service for pension was rejected.

Learned State Counsel has produced a copy of order dated 04/05.08.2016 passed by the Director Agriculture, Punjab, whereby claim of petitioners is accepted and the same is taken on record as Mark-'XX'. Learned counsel for the petitioners pleads no instructions as he is not able to contact with them.

In view of above, there is no option except to dispose off the petition.

Ordered accordingly.
