HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner was allotted Plot No.937-P, Sector 8, Panipat on free-hold basis vide allotment letter dated 08.04.2003, however, possession thereof has not been handed over to him as the plot is subject to the outcome of pending litigation.

Mr. Sabherwal, learned counsel for the respondents-HSVP states that the petitioner has an option of applying online for allotment of alternative plot on the portal of HSVP. In case the petitioner applies for the same online, his case for allotment of alternative plot shall be considered within two weeks from the date of his online application. Disposed of accordingly.
