The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of certiorari for setting aside order dated 18.8.2021 (Annexure P/2) passed by respondent no. 5 approving the formation of Zones of respondent no. 7-Society for holding the election of its Managing Committee by reserving two seats for the ladies and one seat for the SC category and to decide the representation dated 20.8.2021, Annexure P-3.
