RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioners have got equally efficacious alternative remedy of moving appropriate ejectment application under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961.
Petitioners have not availed their alternative remedy, at the first instance. The present writ petition is wholly misconceived, bereft of merit and without any substance, thus, it must fail. No case for interference has been made out.
Dismissed.
