***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.81 dated 20.04.2025 under Sections 110, 333, 115(2), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2.
This Court vide order dated 20.05.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 20.05.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Learned State counsel while filing status report by way of an affidavit of Tarlochan Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Faridkot, District Faridkot in Court today submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further interrogation.
