The petitioner has challenged the possession notice dated 28.06.2016 (Annexure P-5) and public notice for e-auction dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure P-6) published in newspaper 'The Tribune' dated 22.07.2016.

It was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that after the remand of the case by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, none had appeared before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on 27.08.2015, when the case was dismissed for non-prosecution. An application bearing M.A. No. 40/2015 dated 01.10.2015 for restoration of the case is pending before DRT for 26.08.2016. 3.

In such a situation, no ground to entertain the instant writ petition is made out.
