:

Through the present petition, the petitioners seek to set aside the selection of private respondents (though no persons have been arrayed as private respondents in the `Memo of Parties') as Patwaris, made in pursuance to advertisement no. 2 of the year 2011, issued by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as - the Commission).

The only ground of challenge, as pressed before me, was that MONIKA 2015.09.17 12:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

C. W. P. No. 17417 of 2015 2 many candidates, belonging to a particular District in the State of Haryana, had been granted more marks in the interview and on that count, alleging mala fides, the selection is sought to be quashed. A perusal of the record shows that candidates belonging to different Districts in the State of Haryana have been granted similar score in the interview. The averments made in the petition alleging mala fides against the members of the Commission are absolutely vague and unsubstantiated and thus, cannot be relied upon. Even the members of the Commission are not parties to the lis.

Though the prayer made in the writ petition is for quashing the selection of the private respondents, a perusal of the Memo of Parties show that no selected candidate has been arrayed as a private respondent. In view of the above, finding no merit in the present writ petition, the same is ordered to be dismissed. No costs.
