G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the transfer order dated 19.08.2014 (Annexure P-1). Vide the impugned order, the petitioner was transferred against Baljit Singh-respondent no. 4 from Pundri to Siwan Block, Kaithal. The said respondent filed CWP No. 476 of 2014 in which status quo was directed. Resultantly, it is the stand of the State that to give effect to the interim order passed in the case of the said respondent, a cancellation order was passed regarding the transfer order. Keeping in view the above since the transfer order has not been enforced as such in the year 2014 in view of the writ petition filed by respondent no. 4, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
