******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that name of petitioner in the jamabandi for the year 2011-12 showing his share as 13/2346, has been illegally removed by the private respondents. For the above referred grievance, the petitioner can approach the civil Court as well as revenue Court and no direction to the police on his representation can be issued.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner and to take all the pleas raised in this petition, before the Court concerned at appropriate stage.
