SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the State of Haryana to constitute Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Real Estate Appellate Tribunal under Sections 20 and 43 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, respectively. It is not in dispute that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula (for the entire State other than Gurugram) and a separate Real Estate Regulatory Authority for Gurugram have been constituted in the State of Haryana. As regard to the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, we were informed by learned State counsel yesterday that the matter is pending consideration before Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The relief sought in this writ petition, thus, stands substantially granted, rendering this writ petition as infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
