This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to decide the representation dated 28.11.2022 (Annexure P/20) given by the petitioner to the A.D.G.P, NRI Wing, Mohali.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Parwinder Kaur, SHO, NRI Amritsar, has stated that the said complaint has been looked into and the petitioner had also given certain documents. However, some more information has been sought from the petitioner. Learned State counsel has assured the Court that the matter would be dealt with in accordance with law.
