This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 07.02.2013 (Annexure P-15) passed by learned Commissioner, Roopnagar and order dated 27.11.2015 (Annexure P-16) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has no instructions to file any application for impleadment of the legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner in compliance of order dated 14.02.2023.
