The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court seeking regular bail.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that only one witness has been examined and he wants to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Disposed of as withdrawn with a clarification that if trial is not concluded within six months, then, petitioner will be permitted to file fresh application for bail on the ground of prolonged pre-trial custody. Liberty is also reserved to file fresh application for bail before the Court of Sessions and while deciding such bail application, the trial Court shall not be influenced by the order of rejection of bail by this Court or trial Court.
