Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working on the post of clerk-cum-Information Assistant since 26.05.2014 (Annexure P-4) and her services were terminated on the ground that no sanction to continue has been received qua the post of clerk/information assistant in the District of Karnal and the services of the petitioner were terminated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information of the petitioner, the post of clerk/information assistant in other Districts are still lying vacant under the National Health Mission and the petitioner will be satisfied in case the directions be given to the respondents that the claim of the petitioner against any such post which is lying vacant is considered, so that the petitioner could be adjusted against the same. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondents be directed to decide the said claim of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. RIYA 2024.02.13 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, any such claim by way of filing of a representation giving the details of the vacant posts and where the said posts are lying vacant, is submitted by the petitioner in the office of Director General, Health, Haryana, the same will be considered and decided by the authorities concerned in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order and in case it is found feasible, keeping in view that the work of the said vacant posts still exists, the petitioner will be adjusted otherwise an appropriate reasons will be mentioned in the said speaking order while deciding the said representation. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with the authorities concerned. 6..
