The petitioner is a guarantor. There is a decree for the recovery of ₹ 6,30,000/- against the petitioner as well as all the other judgment debtors. The petitioner claims that he is liable to pay the loan amount only upto 1/3rd share. It is not in dispute that the decree is joint and several against the petitioner and all the other judgment debtors. Therefore, the bank is entitled to recover the amount jointly or severally. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge September 21, 2021 "DK"
