Mr. Shalender Mohan, Advocate for the petitioner. TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release family pension to the petitioner, as she is entitled to the same under the Haryana Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no. 2 is directed to decide her pending legal notice, dated 12.12.2025, Annexure P-10, in a specified period. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Amit Sahni, Additional Advocate General, Haryana assisted by Mr. Harmanjit Singh Johal, Advocate, accepts notice and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 12.12.2025, Annexure P-10, will be decided by respondent no.2/Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within two months.
