JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent-Tehsildar-cumAssistant Collector 1st Grade Patiala to take appropriate action on the representation dated 22.03.2017 (Annexure P-15) and legal notice dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-19) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent-Tehsildar-cumAssistant Collector 1st Grade Patiala to take appropriate action on the representation dated 22.03.2017( Annexure P-15) and legal notice dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-19) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
