Jagdish Chander v. State Of Haryana And Others
In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh CRM-M No. 33166 of 2022 Date of Decision: 29.7.2022 Jagdish Chander ......Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and others ......Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESHWAR THAKUR
Present:
Mr. Devender Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Pardeep Prakash Chahar, DAG, Haryana.
**** SURESHWAR THAKUR , J.
(ORAL) 1.
The petitioner is aggrieved from lethargic, and, delayed investigations, being conducted into FIR No. 371 of 2.10.2021, registered at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal.
2.
It appears that the above grievance is grounded, upon the factum that the investigating officer concerned, has not yet caused the arrest of the offenders, named in the FIR.
3.
However, since it is submitted, at the bar, by the learned State counsel, on instructions given to him by SI Akhtar Hussain, that the accused named in the FIR, have been declared as proclaimed offenders, through an order made by the learned jurisdictionally empowered Court. In consequence, the wants of causings of arrests, by the investigating officer concerned, of the accused, named in the FIR, cannot be concluded, to be a sequel of any bleak motive, on the part of the investigating officer concerned. 4.
In view of the above, the instant petition does not survive, and, becomes rendered infructuous, and, is disposed of as such. (SURESHWAR THAKUR) JUDGE July 29, 2022 Gurpreet Whether speaking/reasoned :
