JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, District Jhajjar at Jhajjar to consider the legal notice dated 01.06.2016 (Annexure P-6) in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.11068 of 2017 and other connected cases on 22.05.2017 titled as "Hukam Chand and others Vs. State of Haryana and others" within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, District Jhajjar at Jhajjar to consider the legal notice dated 01.06.2016 (Annexure P-6) in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.11068 of 2017 and other connected cases on 22.05.

2017 titled as "Hukam Chand and others Vs. State of Haryana and others", within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law.
