The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the Appellate Authority (respondent no.2) to decide the pending statutory appeal dated 24.11.2017 (Annexure P-5) against the punishment order of recovery Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms.Paul accepts notice and submits that the Appellate Authority would require at least three months to decide the aforesaid pending statutory appeal (Annexure P-5). In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority (respondent no.2) to pass a speaking order within five months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of in the above terms.
