(Oral) Counsel does not press the present petition in view of the fact that there was no proper resolution attached with the petition authorizing the Secretary to file a petition before this Court. A specific objection was also raised by the office and the resolution which was attached to comply with the said objection, never contained any signatures of the concerned secretary.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
